Privacy notice

This notice explains how information is handled while City Connector is in preview.

Google sign-in and linked accounts

We use your Google account identifier, verified email and name to create and secure your City Connector membership. We do not request your Gmail messages or Google password. Additional Google accounts can be linked from your signed-in security page after authorization. Accounts on other Shoujia websites are separate.

Details you submit

The registration and request forms save your name, email, country, city, selected interests and the details you enter. These records are stored on our hosting server, outside the public website directory, for review. They are not published as profiles. Do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

What registration means

Submitting a form records your interest or request. Google sign-in creates a member account. Saving or submitting your profile does not approve it or make it public. A service request does not confirm a booking or trigger payment. Public profiles, matching, orders and payouts are not open yet.

Cookies and analytics

A necessary session cookie protects forms and remembers your confirmation page. On public pages of shoujia.cc, Google Analytics 4 and 51LA measure visits and site usage. Analytics are not loaded on login, account, authentication or submission pages, or while you are signed in. Their scripts receive technical information such as the page visited, device and browser information, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not add form answers, names or email addresses to analytics events. Server access logs also record technical request information.

You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from viewing pages or using the forms.

Separate services

Links to other Shoujia sites open separate services. Their accounts and privacy information apply when you visit them.

Managing a preview submission

To request a correction or deletion, use the request form with the same email address and explain the request in the task field. Do not include sensitive documents. Records are not visible to other visitors.
