Business referrals

A useful introduction. Clear expectations.

Introduce a suitable business to Shoujia without taking over the owner’s decisions. Keep the recommendation accurate and understand the terms that determine an eligible referral.

A local business conversation
01

Start with relevance, not volume.

Consider whether the merchant has a real reason to present its business to Chinese-speaking customers. Understand the service before recommending it. An honest explanation should help an owner decide, including deciding that it is not right for them.

  • Explain the actual service and who provides it.
  • Use current official product information.
  • Do not promise rankings, customers or a fixed return.
  • Respect a refusal and do not pressure the owner.
02

Let the owner register and pay.

The merchant should use the official Shoujia merchant site and retain control of account access and purchasing. A recommendation is not permission to act as the business owner or collect money for the platform.

  • Use the agreed official referral route when it becomes available.
  • Do not ask for passwords or verification codes.
  • Do not collect service fees into your personal account.
  • Keep owner consent separate from your own registration.
03

Know the attribution conditions.

A referral agreement needs to define how an introduction is attributed, how duplicate or existing merchants are handled and what event qualifies. None of these conditions should be inferred from a click or a verbal conversation alone.

  • The official tracking route and any attribution period.
  • Treatment of existing accounts and competing introductions.
  • The qualifying event and review requirements.
  • Evidence needed if attribution is disputed.
04

Understand your individual commission.

Commission settings can differ between connectors. Review your actual agreement rather than copying another person’s rate. The current local preview does not create a commission agreement or calculate payable earnings.

  • Fixed amount or percentage, and the applicable currency.
  • Whether the agreement covers first purchases or renewals.
  • Conditions that make an amount pending, confirmed or reversed.
  • Settlement schedule, payout method and applicable deductions.
05

Keep refunds and payouts separate.

A merchant refund or disputed payment may affect eligibility under the agreement. A payout request should reflect confirmed, available amounts rather than gross introductions. Status labels must distinguish a request, approval and completed payment.

  • Do not spend or promise a pending amount as settled income.
  • Retain the relevant agreement and activity records.
  • Review reversals without deleting the underlying history.
  • Ask for clarification before continuing disputed promotion.

Common questions

What is the standard commission rate?

There is no public standard rate in this plan. Rates are set individually in the administrator-managed agreement. A rate is not active simply because someone has registered.

Can I recruit other connectors for commission?

The current plan is direct business referrals, not a multilevel recruitment scheme. Do not promise rewards for recruiting other participants.

Can I track referrals now?

No. Referral attribution, commission agreements and payouts are not implemented in this local preview. The page explains the intended boundaries; it is not a live earnings dashboard.
