ShoujiaCity Connector

Local skills · Clear scope

Photography that shows the real place.

Help customers understand your space before they visit. Prepare a clear brief for storefront, interior, product or team photography with someone who can be there in person.

Start with the outcome

What good work
should include.

These are points to agree in a brief,
not a fixed package or included price.

01

Storefront & arrival

Show the entrance, street context and useful arrival landmarks. Decide whether daytime, evening or both are needed.

02

Spaces & details

Identify the areas customers need to see, from seating and accessibility features to equipment and products.

03

Files ready to use

Agree the number of edited images, file format, dimensions, delivery method and permitted uses before the shoot.

Set the boundary

A photo visit is not automatically a full advertising production. Styling, models, video, specialist equipment and repeat visits should be named separately in the agreement.

Make the request useful

A clear brief.
A better start.

Give a potential connector enough information to judge fit, ask questions and agree a realistic scope.

Write your brief
  1. The address and the person who will open the premises.
  2. A shot list ordered by priority, including images you already have.
  3. The preferred date, available light and any busy periods to avoid.
  4. Where the photos will be used and who must grant permission.
  5. The expected edits, delivery date and review process.

A clear example brief

One owner-approved visit to photograph the storefront, entrance and two interior spaces. Agree a shot list, ten edited image files, permitted website use and a review round before confirming a date. The image count is a proposed deliverable, not a price package.

Before you choose

Ask about the work,
not just availability.

Review relevant examples and confirm the service area, language ability and responsibilities. Agree changes before adding work.

The business guide

Can I see examples relevant to this kind of business?

What is included in the visit and editing time?

Who can use the delivered photos, and for which purposes?

What happens if weather or access prevents the shoot?

Details that matter

Before you book.

Do I need to prepare the space?

Yes. Agree which areas should be ready, remove private information from view and arrange permission before photographing staff or customers. A small preparation list avoids using the visit for tasks that were never included.

Are images automatically added to my Shoujia page?

No. Photography and publishing are different tasks. Specify whether delivery includes upload assistance. Only authorized people should change business information.

What if I need another visit?

Treat it as a scope change. Confirm the additional time, deliverables and price before the connector returns.
